Curvana Return & Exchange Policy

At Curvana, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, our return and exchange policy makes the process easy and hassle-free.

1. Return Policy

  • Return Window: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in their original condition.
    • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
    • Certain items (such as intimate wear and swimwear) may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons unless there is a quality issue.
  • Return Process:

    1. Contact Curvana Customer Service with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Once approved, return the item along with all accessories and the invoice.
    3. We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Return Shipping Fee:

    • If the return is due to a product defect or quality issue, Curvana will cover the return shipping cost.
    • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., size not fitting, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window: You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchange Process:
